Visiting the School

Our Open Evening will take place on Thursday 3rd October between 5:30 and 8:30. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the class rooms, meet the teachers and students, as well as take a tour of the school. Mrs Moran will be delivering the headteachers talk at 5:45, 5:45 and 7:45 - there is no need to book for these, simply follow directions for the main hall.

Applying for a school place

Parents should apply for their childs place at secondary school via the Lancashire County Council's website. Applications for September 2025 opened on 1st September 2024, the deadline for applying for a year 7 place is 31st October 2024. Parents will find out which school their child has been allicated on Monday 3rd March 2025.

School places are not allocated on a first come first serve basis. All applications received befor the application deadline are given equal priority.

Supplementary Information

As a voluntary aided church school, a supplementary form can be completed. Parents wishing their application to be considered against the following criteria: living in the local area, sibling in school, special social/medical needs and parent faith commotment, will need to submit a supplementary form directly to the school before the 31st October 2024.
