    Our Sixth Form Litter Pickers were out in the areas surrounding the school to help keep the community clean. Our Biology and Geography department work together to arrange many opportunities for students to give back and help the environment.

  • UCAS fair at Lancashire University

    Our year 12's spent the day at the UCAS fair at Lancaster University.

    The event gave students the chance to speak with a mixture of universities and apprenticeship providers. Students could even take the opportunity to join seminars covering personal statements, student finance and apprenticeship options.

  • University Challenge Students vs Staff

    The University Challenge student champions took on a staff team, in our first ever student vs staff competition. Admiral performances from both teams, but the staff team took victory in the end!Thanks to all the students who took part, and those who cheered on the teams and to the staff team, as well as Mr Hill, Mr Scrivener and Mrs Brown for hosting.

  • Rugby Victory

    Congratulations to our 1st XV rugby team for winning their final against Liverpool College - 17-15.

    It was a really tough game, but the stubbornness and resilience that has defined their season was enough to get them over the line. The win makes the team Lancashire Champions - an excellent end to many of our sixth formers 7 years competing with the school!
